Returns & Refund Policy

Return Period – Physical Goods
You may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

  • Unusedunworn, and in original condition
  • Not personalised or part of a limited edition
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty):

  • Limited edition items
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items that are worn, used, or damaged through misuse

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged:

  • Email sales-support@system3.com within 30 days
  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos where applicable

We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the issue and product availability.

 

Digital Games & Downloadable Content

Non-Refundable Digital Products
All purchases of digital gamesdownloadable content, or game keys are non-refundable. These are considered consumables and cannot be returned once accessed or delivered.

Waiver of Right to Cancel
By purchasing digital content from System 3, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty Digital Content
If the digital content is faulty or does not function:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number and details (e.g. screenshots or error messages)

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition items are produced in small batches and may be excluded from discounts or promotions. These are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
