1. Delivery Information

Delivery Pricing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. All items are shipped using tracked services, and you will receive a tracking link when your order dispatches. Heavier items like canvas art or gaming mats may carry a higher shipping charge than lighter items such as T-shirts or mugs.

Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time during busy periods or product launches.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK & USA: 7–14 working days from dispatch
• EU: 7–14 working days
• Canada: 7–14 working days
• Rest of World: 14–21 working days

 

2. Import Duties & Taxes

European Union (EU)

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes in their local jurisdiction. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

USA

We do not collect Sales Tax or Import Duty at checkout. Depending on customs regulations, you may be charged import fees on arrival.

Canada & Rest of World

Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:

• A refund may be issued minus shipping and return costs (if the parcel is returned)
• If the parcel is destroyed by customs, no refund will be given

 

3. Tracking & Non-Delivery

All shipments include a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for it to activate after dispatch.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery window, please contact us. We may need to open an investigation with the delivery provider before resolving the issue.
